had to go and change some stuff on the company website - rather than use the external IT guys looked into doing it myself

found edit.com and for the simple changes I need to make my cost was $60

as they are offering a 20% discount until may 8th (usually $75)

basically you download a piece of software from their site

go into edit mode make the changes and save it and it updates your site

pretty painless.

recommended if you need to do this.
